This is Scunthorpe -- Police have today issued a condition udpate on a 15-year-old girl injured after being hit by a car in Barton. Last Wednesday (November 13), the girl suffered life-threatening injuries after the incident on Dam Road in Barton at around 10.50pm. The girl was walking with Koen Allwood who died from his injuries. Police today said the girl, who is being treated in Hull Royal Infirmary, is recovering from her injuries.
