This is North Devon -- Ilfracombe RNLI and the inshore lifeboat were called out to rescue two people cut off by the tide at Hele Bay last night.A member of the public alerted coastguards at around 6.10pm.
The two people were cut off by the tide and had to be rescued.
They were brought to shore and no hospital treatment was needed.
This was the second call out in two days for the Ilfracombe inshore lifeboat after a 13-year-old girl was cut off by the tide at Lee Bay in Ilfracombe on Wednesday.
She was with two friends and ended up stranded on Appledore Rocks at around 5pm.
Coastguards were called and the girl was rescued and returned to her parents and friends who were waiting for her at Black Pit beach.
