A Royal Marine who was caught spying on a little girl in a swimming pool cubicle has been convicted of voyeurism. Lieutenant Colonel Russell Paul, 53 slid a mirror under the cubicle to try and watch an 11-year-old girl as she took off her bikini top, Plymouth Crown Court was told. But when the girl spotted the mirror and saw an eye peering up at her she ran to tell staff at the Life Centre in Plymouth.
