This is North Devon -- A teenager has been missing from Barnstaple for nearly 24 hours. The 13-year-old, who was in foster care, was last seen at around 11.30am on Boxing Day. Police have carried out extensive searches of the town centre, the train station and the A361 and enquiries are on-going. The girl is described as white and is short with mousy brown hair which is tied back. She is thought to be wearing a green three-quarter length coat, grey leggings and black and white shoes. Police are asking anyone who has seen the girl to ring 101 quoting log number 223.
