This is Exeter -- A 14-year-old girl has been taken to hospital after falling off a horse on Exmouth beach today. The girl, believed to be from Exmouth, has been taken to The Royal Devon and Exeter hospital suffering from a back injury. The girl fell off the horse at 3:30pm today while riding on the beach, the animal then ran off and was stopped by a member of the public. Ambulance and police were called to the scene.
