A train passenger has pleaded not guilty to abducting and sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl at Exmouth station. Christopher Fitzhugh, aged 67, will face a jury trial at Exeter later this year after be denied three charges relating to an incident which allegedly took place shortly after he and the girl both disembarked from a train from Exeter. British Transport Police appealed to other passengers and station users for information after the alleged sexual assault on July 13 last year. ...
