Plymouth man denies indecently assaulting girl under 16

A MAN charged with indecently assaulting a girl under 16 has appeared in court. Paul Allen, 51, from Chatsworth Gardens, West Park denied assaulting the girl, who can not be named for legal reasons, at some point between May 2001 and February 2002. The court heard that Allen had denied the historic sex assault allegation at police interview.
