TORBAY MP Adrian Sanders is calling for a change in the law to prevent vulnerable teenagers being held in police cells.It comes after the MP raised in Parliament the case of a 16-year-old teenager with mental health issues kept in cells in Torquay for some 36 hours after an incident at Torbay Hospital.He has confirmed that the teenager had been moved to an adult mental health unit which he described as 'equally inappropriate'.The girl's plight was highlighted on national news by assistant chief...
