A FATHER who left his two-year-old daughter to wander the streets of Yeovil after he went on a drugs binge has been spared jail. Troy Haim, 24, of Lyde Road, pleaded guilty to child neglect after he "forgot" the girl was in his care as he left the house one morning. The child was found at around 8.40am, on March 28, with a sopping-wet nappy around her knees, sodden clothing and blistered feet.
