THE dad of a three-year-old girl killed in a Carmarthen house fire has been discharged from hospital. The mother of the girl remains in a serious condition in Morriston Hospital. The fire broke out in Bryn Gorwel at 6.15pm on Sunday. Firefighters battled the blaze for four hours. A witness said: "A man jumped out of the window and the mother was taken out by a fireman over his shoulder." The child died at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff.
