A MENTALLY ill woman who stabbed a teenager twice, puncturing her lung, has been sent to a secure hospital. Amber Mills, who stabbed the 18-year-old after the pair had spent hours drinking together, has since been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and a personality disorder.
