POLICE are hoping the public can help identify a man who flashed at a 12-year-old girl on Ifield Avenue. At about 4.10pm on March 19, the girl was walking along Ifield Avenue on her way home from school, when she saw a man riding a bike towards her. As he passed her he had his penis exposed. A short time later he passed the girl further down the road and touched her bottom over her clothing. She told him to go away and went straight home and told her mum.
