POLICE have arrested a man in connection with reports of a young girl seen screaming in the back of a car. Dyfed Powys Police put in place road blocks and carried out door to door enquiries in a major operation following the incident at 11am on Monday outside Ysgol Uwchradd Aberteifi in Cardigan, Ceredigion.
