Police have renewed their appeal for witnesses to the serious collision in Ashford which left a John Wallis Academy pupil in a critical condition in hospital.
The 14-year-old, year nine pupil was in collision with a silver Kia Picanto as she crossed Stanhope Road near the junction with Crundale Close at 4.10pm last Tuesday.
Police, paramedics and the Kent Air Ambulance were all called to the scene. The girl was taken to a London hospital where she remains. Her condition is described as critical.
