![Nottingham academic writes paper on flatulence fetish]()
This is Nottingham -- NOTTINGHAM academic Mark Griffiths has written a paper on an American man who admits being sexually aroused by flatulence. The psychologist from Nottingham Trent University did a study into the condition known as eproctophilia. In the paper, contained in the Archives of Sexual Behaviour publication, he focuses on a man known simply as Brad, of Illinois. Brad said he had a crush on a girl in school and became fascinated when he heard her break wind. He said: "This blew my mind. Prior to that, I'd never really considered it. I knew by simple biology that girls farted, but hearing that the girl I had been fawning over was capable of such a thing sparked a strange interest in me." After hearing from Brad, Mr Griffiths wrote in his paper: "Eproctophiles are said to spend an abnormal amount of time thinking about farting and flatulence and have recurring intense sexual urges and fantasies involving farting and flatulence."
